Void at 8AM and discard specimen. Collect all urine for next 24 hours, including 8AM void the next morning.

Limitations
Patient should avoid aspirin, disulfiram, and pyridoxine, if possible, at least 48 hours prior to collection of the specimen. Levodopa should be avoided for two weeks before collection.
